[Ninja Customization]

It's ok..

Well, the drawings are pretty ok, but there really isn't much variation. Which is the point of a dress-up game.. This would pass if it were made a few years back, but there are now SO many dress-up games with over 100 clothing choices.. This just doesn't step up. I mean, you can't change his hair, can't chance his face, can't chance his skin color, he's always standing in the same position (which isn't really THAT much of a problem, it just makes the weapon holding awkward.), there's only 1 mask...

Wow, I've been thinking about Loderunner. Too bad the one I grew up with was the one with the flesh-eating monks huh? Haha. Well anyway, it'd be a bit weird for kids to get on Newgrounds and play this, but this is VERY kid-friendly. I respect that.

And Math Blaster was awesome...

Good, but a little annoying

This was a pretty good game. Nice menu, nice graphics, sounds were good, and good idea. Throw in the little mini games to get your minds off of non-stop typing.. Love it!

But... The typing.. It was really laggy. It was extremely annoying to type the letters because sometimes it wouldn't even register and then I'm screwed because then the smoke bomb guy gets me and I can't see a thing.. So that was annoying as hell.

Also, the instructions aren't very clear.. But I'm a fast learner so I caught on pretty quickly, but not everyone is that fast.

When you go into the mini-games, there weren't any previous instructions as to what to do. I mean, you'll get the arrow prompt, but then who was supposed to know that you were supposed to have your hand on the arrow keys at that point? And what if there were letters in the mini-games too? We don't know, there might be (which there isn't, so don't worry).

And the instructions for typing to kill the ninjas aren't as clear as you think they are. It says "dog" on top of the ninjas head in the instructions and that made me curious as to how I was supposed to play.. So I assumed it was typing.. But there wasn't any mention as to how to kill them, just a small animation. The only instruction was to dodge the enemies attacks, and I thought that was WHILE you were typing to kill the enemies.
Maybe you should tell the players that there will be mini-games, or just put the instructions up BEFORE the first mini-game.

You can't always assume that everyone will READ the instructions and also, you can't expect everyone to not be a dumbass. So you need to make it very blunt and appeal to all IQ levels.

Maybe make the last boss harder on each difficulty too. He's the same on every one of them. (Not as much of a bother though, so don't stress on this one)

And the wounded thing WAS really annoying. Same effect with smoke bomb guys.

GLITCH:
Sometimes, when you press the "Try again" button, it sends you to the mini-game at the end of the level AND have the ninjas run into the temple at the same time.. So you're screwed.
But I mean, doesn't really matter, because when you click "Try again" after losing, it goes back to the normal screen.

Glitchy, Slow, and Boring

Seriously sorry if this offends you, but.. Really, this game is really boring.
The character moves very slowly.
You can't tell which door is able to be opened and which is locked.
You can't tell which key opens which door
It's impossible to lay low to take down the alert level. I understand that you're kinda going with the "Metal Gear" style of play.. I think you were at least, but in Metal Gear, the enemies actually STOP coming instead of flooding the room.
It was a little annoying fighting Alucard, but I think that's only because I didn't have any bullets coming out of the gun to see if I was even close to shooting him. It was really bothersome.
I hated that when I died, I'd end up at the very beginning again.

What REALLY bothered me though.. Was the drawing. At least, Pico. Pico looked like he was 50 years old, that juts isn't the Pico I'm use to. Also, Alucard looked like he was a Zombie, but that was pretty cool.

There really wasn't anything that I lliked about this game, but I understand that you only had 10 days to work on it. So I don't blame you for anything, except for the drawing.
That REALLY REALLY bothers me.

Wow, this... Well it wasn't all that good, but I was just amazed that you actually managed to do this. If you don't mind, please teach me.

I thought it was funny to see me sit there like an idiot waving my hands around. Oo! A bubble!

Meh.

The game was pretty. Weird.. Wastes the crap outta life. Haha. I found the song pretty funny.. A song about buttons.. Well. I was one of the guys who had up to 1000. I was in like. 3rd place. And my arm was hurting like crap after that.. Yeah. Just basically flex and the arm starts to shake, and makes it all fast and crap. If you play alot of games, that kinda just kicks in. Ha.. So it's not impossible. But man! There were guys who got more than me.. Frigging crazy.. I didn't expect that..
